What if I go over my currency limit mid-month?

We won't shut you down. Not our style. Just let us know and we'll adjust your plan. Sometimes business gets busy — we get it. You're not paying for extra overages though, so if you're consistently over, upgrading makes financial sense.

Do you charge extra when I actually execute a hedge?

Nope. Our pricing is the monthly fee, period. You pay the spread on whatever market rates are that day, same as your bank would charge. We don't hide fees in fine print or bury costs in the contract.

Can I switch plans or cancel whenever?

Watchdog and Guardian? Cancel with 30 days' notice, zero penalties. We want you here because we're actually useful, not because you're locked in. Fortress plans work a bit differently — but that's something we'd discuss upfront when we're talking numbers.

What happens if I don't use all my features?

You're not losing anything. Some clients use everything. Others just check alerts once a week. Pay for what you think you'll need, upgrade if you discover you need more. That's the deal.
